★ Terms of Service
Upon requesting a commission service from me, you acknowledge that you have understood everything from the
Terms of Service.You understand that each commission you receive will be a digital file, and as such, you will not receive any physical goods with your order. There is no physical shipping involved with the product delivery in any manner.For special commissions and deliveries, you will receive a price quote and terms specific to your order.
These terms are unique, and as such, will not be the same for other orders and clients.I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason.Please credit your commissions properly. Do not re-sell or use for NFT nor AI.
For personal uses, please ensure you credit me when re-posting.
For commercial uses, please ensure you credit me properly and pay the additional fee.
I still retain the rights to claim any services I provide, as well as the right to feature or mention the work in my portfolio.

★ Client Consent
By requesting a commission, you consent to the commission being illustrated on stream.
You also consent to me sharing the commission piece(s) publicly on my social media platforms.
If you would like to opt-out but still request a commission privately, you will incur a privacy fee.

★ Commission Ordering & Schedule
Each order is assigned a period slot around my availability.
If you need the order completed by a specific date, please make sure you mention it on the request form.
I will do my best to accommodate, but I cannot provide any guarantees.
Please understand that I may accept or refuse your order within 2 weeks of your request.If you would like to order multiple commissions from me, please fill out the form for each commission you would like.
I cannot guarantee all of your requests will be accepted within the same period.To ensure you have read through the terms of service properly, please include the phrase piyo bot adamantoise in the additional notes.If the phrase is not included, I may refuse your commission altogether, or you may not be prioritized correctly in the waitlist.When I approve of the order, I will provide an invoice and an estimated work schedule.
You can request work-in-progress updates as needed, however I do ask you wait at least 24 hours between each request.
Please do not contact me about your order when I am streaming. I cannot guarantee I will respond until the next weekday.
I highly recommend leaving a message where I can respond to you properly (Discord, DMs, E-mail).

★ Payment Scheme
100% Payment by Sketch Approval or 2nd Revision, whichever is first.
50% of Full Payment is Non-Refundable.*
There is also an additional fee for commercial usage. Please e-mail for more information.Commission prices are subject to change based on demand and complexity.
Complexity includes, but not limited to: number of characters, render size, details, animation range, and etc.
I only provide starting estimates, so please be advised the actual invoice amount may slightly differ.For every character or significant detail added to the initial request, the price may be adjusted to accommodate.
To avoid unexpected fees, please ensure that you know what kind of commission you want.Orders will be processed through USD$ or CAD$ currency.
Prices on the commissions website are listed as USD$.
Payment is accepted through Paypal and Stripe.After I send the invoice, I will show you the 1st Sketch and ask for the 1st Revision.
I will then show the 2nd Sketch and ask for the 2nd Revision.
Please ensure you pay the full invoice within 14 days after the Sketch Approval or the 2nd Sketch (whichever is first).
I will continue to work on the commission afterwards.If you do not pay the full amount after 14 days have passed, I will retain all payments made and keep all rights to the commission piece(s).
If you are late on your payment, you may experience a longer turnover period. Please ensure you pay on time so it will not inconvenience anyone.Based on inconsistencies or doubtful accounts, you may be placed on a blacklist and refused from future commissions.

★ Subsequent Changes and Issues
The 1st Sketch may contain multiple sketches, you will approve only one for revision.
After the 2nd Revision, if you would like subsequent changes, you will incur additional fees based on how sigificant the request is.If you are unhappy with the commission progress at any time, only the difference after 50% of the total invoice will be refunded.
So if you paid 51% or more, you would receive the difference (between 1% minimum to 50% maximum) as your refund.
If you paid 100% of your invoice, I will refund 50% of the invoice. The remaining 50% is considered as nonrefundable.In the situation where I do not want to continue with the commission (for any reason),
I will apologize and refund any payments paid, including the non-refundable portion.

★ Order Completion
When the order is completed and full payment is confirmed, I will send the digital file(s) to you via the Contact Info provided.
If I am hosting the file(s) on my cloud service, you will have 2 weeks from delivery to save the file(s) before auto-removal.
If you wish to save the files again afterwards, please send me an e-mail.
Please ensure you receive the commission(s) in a timely manner.If you have requested a special order, you will receive the completed commission according to the agreed terms.
